Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days after placing the order.
To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition along with original brand packaging and accessories in which you had received it.
There are certain situations where refunds won’t be granted,
for example item returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, followed by confirmatory communication for acceptance or rejection of return/refund.
If return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 -5 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund even after 5 days of confirmatory mail for refund initiation, then kindly contact us at petalcraftsindia@gmail.com
However, you can also check with your bank/card provider for delay in the transaction.
Exchange
If you have received a defective or damaged item then you can raise a exchange request for the same. Time for a exchange may vary from 7-14 days depending upon your location.
Shipping
To return your product, just raise a return request and a return pickup will be done by our courier partner. If, courier service is not available at your given address then you will have to ship it to our address.
You will have to share the tracking receipt of the courier for return shipping cost refund ( maximum Rs. 79.00).
